The One Thing From The 80's I Can't Let Go Of...
It's my PROM DRESS from my Senior Prom, cica. 1987...
yes, I know people, you love it. It's a Scott McClintock. I know you're ALL jealous!
A Movie or CD from the 80's
Who else? Prince, of course. I wish I had a copy of 1999, but I only have it on mp3 on my computer.
And last but not least,
hang on to your hats guys.
It's a Picture of Me From the 80's...
Ready?
Are you SURE?
My senior portrait. I had to commandeer this from my Mom's house to take a picture of it. I couldn't get a good picture because it kept reflecting off the glass, this is as good as it gets without a D70.
There you have it people. I was late posting because I had to wait on the portrait. I purposely didn't look at any of your STUFF yet because I didn't want it to prejudice mine...
Can't wait to see YOUR stuff!

Just stopped by to check out your stuff. I visit often, even if I comment seldom. Keep blogging and HAVE FUN at the Indigo Girls. I'm so jealous!
That prom dress is awesome. I bet it looked really good with some black pantyhose and black shoes, eh?
Oh and I must agree with everyone else, GREAT HAIR.
Um, I couldn't find my Prince CD to photograph! But you so hit is on the head: hello. What would the 80s be without Purple Rain? Hello people?!??!?!
Awesome. And as for the hair...well..I'm not one to talk. More power to you and the power of hairspray.
Absolutely adorable!!! And (shhh) I like Prince too. ;)
your really pretty!!!! and the purple rain cd rocks!!!!
o.k., that is funny... i grew up and san francisco, and went out with scott mcclintock, back in the early 70's. since his mama was jessica, he sometimes gave gunne sax dresses to girls he liked! (i got one.) something tells me you might be too young to know about gunne sax, which pre-dated her jessica mcclintock line. wow, thanks for the unexpected flashback! your blog is good.
Annie: The dress I wore to my Ninth Grade dance was a lilac Gunne Sax dress with white ribbons down the skirt. It had that god-awful high collar with the lace. If I can find a picture, I will certainly post it up...that's funny that you dated the guy who designed my prom gown!!
Nikki: Your welcome, I commented on your site, many prayers and warm wishes to Sarah.
LOVING the McClintock dress. I remember those types of dresses well.
Brave and brilliant on two counts.
Owning up to the dress, and the hairstyle in the pic.
