Heart puke
You know when your stomach really, really hurts and you KNOW that if you would only puke, you would feel better?
That's how my heart feels today.
It feels so sick with ache and like if only I would just "puke," I would get rid of all of it.
You know what I mean, blogging friends?

puke or cry.. either way the energy needs to be released.

I'm sorry your feeling so down. I haven't been reading your blog very long, but what I've seen, you seem like a GREAT person, and a survivor. Just keep on hangin' in there!

Oh, yeah. I don't get so much the puking feeling as the my heart is going to just break or bust out of my chest. Not in a good way.

I do know what you mean and I think that's a great description of how it feels.
If I lived closer, I would cook a fabulous dinner for you and your girls. Then you could really get your puke on.

I am so sorry you are feeling so down today. I wish I could send you some of my joy through cyber space. Zaccheaus the wonder cat with the two tone nose sends you a little snuggle though.
