Nikki, It was more than a compliment, it was the truth! I'm glad you are feeling strong. And thank you for the compliment, I enjoyed Sarah very much.
Wow, very good rules to live by. I really mean that.
Very nice. #8 - how?
Sigh. I really needed this today. Thank you.
I needed something like this! #8 is TOTALLY what I need right now.
And a shot of whiskey, if only I drank whiskey.
Is your Nana ok?
That's very wise, thank you for sharing it with us xx

Yes, I love these instructions. Some people think they came from the Dalai Lama. (I did!) Then I found this http://www.breakthechain.org/exclusives/dalailama.html
on Google while trying to figure out how to spell Dalai Lama. I hope I don't burst any balloons, but I'm a Dragnet fan. (Just the facts, Ma'am!)
RSG- I really like #5. That is my kinda rule ;-) I believe in karma, so leading an honorable and compassionate life has its just rewards. -Gregg
I learn the rules, break them properly then deny I knew there were any rules in the first place ;)
