Wink's gone :(
Her Mom, AdRi, came to pick her up yesterday. We are all very sad. Here is a final Holiday portrait of the girls dressed up in their holiday attire:
Poor Ginger spent the entire rest of the day sleeping.
She was either very tired from her days and days of playing bitey face with her sister, or she was depressed.
The later is why I was sleeping...
DD#1 was taking liberties with the D-50 while we were watching a movie together. (Notice: I wasn't watching the damn movie.)
Holidays sucks the big one, (not that I do THAT anymore...) and I'll be so glad to put away the Christmas stuff and move on with my life. I put on a BIG happy entertaining, joyful face for my kiddos but now it feels like everything has just crashed down around me and all I want to do is take Xanex and SLEEP.
Just a couple of more days.
I will be occupying myself with stupid activities for the next few days with time for sleeping and xanex mixed in. My hope is that I will feel better soon and decide to pull my head out of my ass and move on.
Holidays Suck.
Relationships Suck.
Suck, Suck, Suck.
My kids don't suck though. My youngest daughter just announced to me that Mr. Clean Magic Eraser even cleans car tires and patio furniture.
That's good to know.

Aah, man!
• Wink still has her hair bow in. AdRi wants to take it out, I love it. It's staying for now.
• She slept early last night too! I think she misses Ginger too! And all of you, of course.
Now to the important stuff...
I'm sorry relationships suck and holidays got you down. I am SO DONE with overhyped holidays, family drama, consumerism et al. It's the end of one year, and the beginning of another. There are beautiful things for you in 2006, I just know it.
And finally......can we just all say how awesome you are? Your honesty, integrity, humor and the fact that you're a total giver? You barely know me, mainly from blogland, and you cared for Wink for an entire week while we were away. And you spoiled her rotten, and even taught her her fancy new trick of jumping over the gate. (yes, she's done it at our house now too.) But seriously. Don't go so hard on yourself. And THANK YOU.....

hey k - you have been missed. right now i'm wishing i lived closer to wherever you are (lol). it's 7:04 p.m. and i never made it out of my pajamas today. if i was not down in bumfuck georgia, i could crash your place and i would be the perfect houseguest. i could either play with your kids, which is my area of exper-fucking-tise, or crash on your couch, which would also rock. sleep away while you can.
My question to you is....Does Wink have any color left on her little nose?
Things will get better for you Woo. In case you haven't noticed...you are quite the catch. Anyone would be very lucky to be in a relationship with you. The right person will come along at the right time and it will be worth the wait. If Shel and I had met a year earlier, we probably wouldn't have ever been in a relationship. You'll see.

And yes, holidays suck..they suck bad. I wish I had some Xanax to make me feel better. I am glad it is over but now wondering what to do with all the SHIT we got. I needed a new fucking house for Christmas but did Santa listen??? Fuck no he didn't.

I've been in a royal funk since x-mas eve... no George Clinton in my funk, though... and no xanex® either.
